My journey in the art and business of photography started out in the
late 70s. My work has been exhibited at local museums and galleries and I’ve
shot for several local magazines over the years. In 1980 I photographed my
first official wedding – it was my sister Pat’s wedding. I’ve used 4x5 Cameras
(the ones that you have to have a dark cloth over your head to be able to see
the image on the ground glass), medium format cameras (the negatives were
almost the size of a playing card), 35mm (I used these a lot for
photojournalism assignments) and since about 2002 I’ve been exploring the
world of digital photography.
